Return policy: We give a you a full refund on any item that you are not completely satisfied with for any reason as long as the product is returned with in 5 days from the time you receive your order. There is a 50% restocking charge for items returned after 5 days from the time you receive your order. All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. There is no return on special orders and panties, or bra sets with matching panties unless approval is received from us via email. Please allow 10 - 14 business days to process your credit.
